We're one of the few AV companies in the world that doesn't just install technology — we invent it. Thirteen patented systems, with many more pending. Two #1 bestselling books. A constitutional AI governance framework. And a demonstration lab where every technology runs live, together, every day. This is the company behind QuickSilver®, Alice®, CheshireCat®, and WorldModel™.
Our early focus was simple: build reliable, imaginative AV systems that help people connect with stories and spaces. Over the years our work expanded into new areas — interactive exhibits, immersive environments, advanced control systems, accessibility tools, and eventually personalized and recognition-based technologies. Each step reflected our belief that technology should support creativity, not overshadow it.
From our fully private, offline-capable recognition systems to our patented personalization tools, we have continued to explore how AV can evolve to meet the needs of modern audiences. This approach eventually led to the development of QuickSilver®, our non-proprietary AV platform, and later to the growing AV++® ecosystem that powers multilingual media, adaptive experiences, accessibility features, navigation support, and intelligent device coordination.
Behind these systems is a team of engineers, award-winning interactive programmers, designers, and specialists who bring a wide range of skills and perspectives to the work. Our facility includes specialized fabrication capabilities, allowing us to produce precision enclosures and mounting solutions in-house — making our AV systems and electro-mechanical interactives more efficient to build and easier to maintain. Mad Systems has always valued collaboration — with designers, architects, exhibit houses, planners, and destination operators — to create audiovisual systems that feel natural, meaningful, and effortless for guests.
Our team's curiosity and willingness to challenge convention have driven some of our most notable innovations. Whether developing personalized media systems, refining accessibility solutions, enhancing visitor flow, or imagining new ways people can interact with exhibits, we continue to push the boundaries of what audiovisual technology can achieve.

Expanded into corporate spaces and traveling exhibitions. Began developing in-house control systems.
Launched QuickSilver® — our non-proprietary, compute-node-based AV backbone. Filed first patents for recognition and personalization.
12 patented technologies. Wonderland demo lab operational. WorldModel™ governance framework complete.
Published two #1 bestselling books. 13th patent issued. 12+ additional applications pending. New website launch.
We don't carry sales quotas for any manufacturer. Every equipment choice is 100% based on what's best for your project — not what we need to shift this quarter. And with AV++®, there's no proprietary hardware at all: if a component needs replacing in 10 years, you buy it off the shelf.
While others design for planned obsolescence, we engineer for decades. Remotely supportable. Field-serviceable. No forklift upgrades. Our systems are built to outlast the trends.
We don't just add AI — we govern it. WorldModel™ ensures every AI decision passes through constitutional governance layers. Privacy by design. Anonymous by default.
